Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, helpful staff, and a relaxing outdoor pool. I remember when they helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. Highly recommend trying the shuttle service!

Great hotel with clean rooms!

This place was a great fit for a short break in San Jose with fantastic value for money. The free HBO access was a nice surprise, catching up on some missed episodes was a treat. Bring snacks with you if you want something beyond fast food, as options are limited nearby.

The pool was a hit, especially being heated. Plus, we enjoyed nearby fun at California's Great America, making it a perfect family trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home.

My kids wished for better breakfast options. A wider variety would make mornings much smoother for families!

The king room was spacious with a nice view of the pool. Bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave. The A/C worked great, and the giant TV added some fun. The bathroom was decent too, clean with good toiletries. Super chill vibe overall, just what I needed after a long day.

I had an good two-night stay! The outdoor heated swimming pool was perfect for morning laps while the jacuzzi was a total treat after a long day. Plus, the friendly staff really rolled out the red carpet for me

I had a fantastic stay at fairfield inn! Unlike my previous experience in san jose, this time the staff was super friendly, the room was spacious, and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The free shuttle to the airport.

Diving into the culinary scene near Fairfield Inn was a blast! Tried the spicy Asian dishes at The Province and snagged a latte at Starbucks. Plus, the staff made our stay easy-breezy—shoutout to Kenneth for the early check-in and those complimentary water bottles! Clean rooms, cold A/C, and nothing beats that 12pm checkout. Just perfect for catching more eats at Denny's or Spencer's later!

Now, I gotta spill the tea—while the pool vibes were nice, snack options felt a bit lacking. Had to Door Dash my drinks since we were left with gas station snacks.

Had a wonderful two-night stay as a single traveler. The staff were friendly, and my King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and clean. Nearby restaurants offered quick dining options. A tip, order snacks in advance as convenience stores are a bit far from the hotel!
